To make fried deviled eggs, follow these steps:


  • Hard-boiled eggs
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Flour
  • Eggs (for egg wash)
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying


  • Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  • Mash the egg yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to taste until smooth. Adjust the ingredients according to your preference.
  • Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves, filling them evenly.
  • Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  • Dip each stuffed egg half into the flour, shaking off any excess. Then dip it into the beaten eggs, followed by the breadcrumbs, ensuring it's evenly coated at each stage.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully place the breaded egg halves into the oil, working in batches if necessary.
  • Fry the eggs until golden brown and crispy on all sides, turning them occasionally for even cooking.
  • Once fried, remove the deviled eggs from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
  • Serve the fried deviled eggs warm as a delicious appetizer or snack.
