  • 1 large flour tortilla (8-10 inches in diameter)
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Your favorite pizza toppings (such as pepperoni, sliced bell peppers, onions, olives, mushrooms, etc.)
  • Olive oil (for brushing)


  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place the tortilla on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  5. Arrange your desired pizza toppings over the cheese.
